THE NEED
Building a presence from scratch.
Heritage Restaurant & Caviar Bar sought to introduce a dining experience that honored the city’s rich immigrant heritage by offering flavors inspired by the Black Sea region. To effectively communicate their unique concept and attract a diverse clientele, they recognized the need for a comprehensive marketing and public relations strategy. Consequently, they enlisted SIX4 Creative to develop their website, manage social media and newsletters, and lead public relations and influencer outreach. This collaboration aimed to generate awareness, secure media coverage, and drive reservations, ensuring a successful launch and sustained interest in the restaurant.

PR Strategy For Restaurants
We worked to capture and share thoughtful brand messaging, developing a strategy for distributing information and imagery to appropriate editors, producers, and social media influencers. By building a steady foundation of local earned media, we worked to maintain momentum, attracting national media attention, inspiring awareness, and increasing reservations.
From Planning to Production
Once proper assets were drafted, collected, and approved, SIX4 Creative led all public outreach efforts, announcing the grand opening to rave reviews and extensive coverage.
Leaning on years of industry insight and expertise, we consult with leadership weekly to strategize higher level growth opportunities, as well as providing guidance on operations, staffing, third party reservation systems, and more. Together with leadership, we continue to develop initiatives, events, promotions, and programming to maintain media interest and increase revenue.
Social Media & Food Photography
SIX4 Creative leads all social media efforts for the restaurant and handles development, design, and messaging for Heritage Restaurant & Caviar Bar’s newsletter program.
We also worked with the team to produce more than twenty-five photo shoots, creating professional food photography and video to use across social media platforms, public relations outreach, and newsletter efforts.
