After departing her position in 2000 as executive chef of the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, chef Carrie Nahabedian returned to her native Chicago to open NAHA, earning her a James Beard Award for “Best Chef in America”, and garnering nine consecutive Michelin stars. In the spring of 2013, Carrie opened Brindille with her cousin Michael, offering refined Parisian fare and quickly named "Best New Restaurant in 2013" by Chicago Tribune, before earning a James Beard Award for “best restaurant design (75 seats and under)”. Dessert features heavenly creations from renowned pastry chef, Craig Harzewski – winner of the 2020 Jean Banchet Award for “Pastry Chef of the Year”. In 2016, Chef Carrie was the recipient of the Jean Banchet award for culinary achievement, and has since been inducted into the Chicago Culinary Museum's Chefs Hall of Fame.
