ABOUT THE RESTAURANT
After departing her position in 2000 as executive chef of the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, chef Carrie Nahabedian returned to her native Chicago to open NAHA, earning her a James Beard Award for “Best Chef in America”, and garnering nine consecutive Michelin stars. In the spring of 2013, Carrie opened Brindille with her cousin Michael, offering refined Parisian fare celebrating the Nahabedian's favorite spots in Paris. Since its opening, Brindille has been named "Best New Restaurant in 2013" by Chicago Tribune, and earned a James Beard Award for “best restaurant design (75 seats and under)” in 2015 for the work of Bureau of Architecture and Design. In 2016, Chef Carrie was the recipient of the Jean Banchet award for culinary achievement, and has since been inducted into the Chicago Culinary Museum's Chefs Hall of Fame. Her classic French fare is served to River North guests in a refined setting with delicate china, fine linens, and original art by Lara Fosberg. The wine list, selected by Michael Nahabedian, highlights his most beloved regions of France and the Old World, while dessert features heavenly creations from renowned pastry chef, Craig Harzewski – winner of the 2020 Jean Banchet Award for “Pastry Chef of the Year”.
EFFORTS
SIX4 Creative was retained to rebuild the Brindille website, relaunch and manage social media, spearhead newsletter efforts, produce original video and image content, and lead all public relations and influencer outreach. We work with the team to capture and share thoughtful brand messaging, following a strategy for distributing information and imagery to appropriate editors, producers, and social media influencers. We handle all public outreach correspondence and have built a steady foundation of local earned media, attracting national press attention. Together with leadership, we continue to develop initiatives, events, promotions, and programming to maintain media interest and increase revenue. SIX4 Creative leads all social media efforts for the restaurant and handles development, design, and messaging for Brindille’s weekly newsletter program. We also work with the team to produce monthly photo shoots, capturing professional imagery and video for use across social media platforms, public relations outreach, and newsletter efforts. Leaning on years of industry insight and expertise, we consult with leadership weekly to strategize higher level growth opportunities, as well as providing guidance on operations, staffing, third party reservation systems, and more.

As a result of our efforts, the vast expertise of chef Carrie Nahabedian and the Brindille team has remained a prominent focus of local and national media. The award-winning restaurant has been heavily featured, being hailed as "one of the best restaurants in Chicago" by USAToday, and receiving three stars from the famed Phil Vettel of Chicago Tribune.
