Located smack dab in the middle of Chicago’s premier Gold Coast, River North and Old Town neighborhoods, FieldHouse Jones redefines how to stay and play in the Windy City. Offering flexible room types, innovative bed arrangements, vacation lofts, bespoke communal spaces, regional food and drink, eclectic amenities, and local art, FieldHouse Jones is an utterly unfussy communal hub that has quickly become the pulse of the neighborhood.


 
 

EFFORTS

As the property was in development, SIX4 Creative worked closely with hotel leadership to strategize the grand opening announcement for Fieldhouse Jones Chicago. Through an array of media placements, we would work to build interest and inspire future stays, while teasing plans to come. Our outreach focused on maximizing local exposure, before and just after opening, to build toward national media interest. We began by working closely with leadership to collect and create outreach assets to aid in the announcement of the upcoming property. We produced imagery, consulted on developments to come, and drafted timelines for media alerts and pitch efforts. As the property neared completion, we strategized how and when to alert media to garner exclusive placements and amplify the announcement, and led all grand opening outreach efforts. As we approached opening day, we invited in members of the media to preview the space, leading to thoughtful local and national coverage.


 
 

RESULTS

As a result of our efforts, Fieldhouse Jones Chicago garnered several press mentions for its Chicago opening. It was hailed as "the New Go-To for All Your Out-of-Towners" by InsideHook — and featured in Curbed ("Inside the Fieldhouse Jones—Chicago’s newest boutique hotel and hostel") and CS Magazine ("Checking In: Field Day"). SIX4 Creative also worked with Fieldhouse Jones leadership to plan and execute a number of photo shoots, producing professional imagery for use across social media channels, websites, newsletters, and public relations outreach.
